Kendra's room

Hi there! We are looking for another young professional couple to rent rooms in the house we currently live in. Our current roommates are moving to Georgia when the lease ends at the end of April. We feel another couple would work best for the space, as there’s one other bathroom and 3 rooms. There are two bedrooms and a large office room. One of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet so you will have plenty of space for living/office/storage as well as a spot in the garage for a vehicle (there is street parking available for an additional vehicle). The house is in a nice neighborhood and has a beautiful kitchen with a gas stove as well as a walk-in pantry. We have high-speed internet and have not had any issues will all 4 of us using it simultaneously for all purposes. You will have to apply with the property management company and be added to the lease. This is a non-smoking property, so cigarettes are not welcome, but we don’t mind if you smoke pot in the garage or outside. The security deposit and first month’s rent are listed as the move-in fee. Move-in will be available May 1st. The utility cost on the high end is $250 but we expect it to be less than that depending on water and electric/gas usage.

We are a laid-back couple and are currently both students at UW. We are very chill and spend most of our time in our room studying and working. We have 1 German shepherd who is very sweet, but the yard is not very large, so we prefer if you don’t have a dog (cats are welcome). We rarely ever have company over, so we would like it if you were the same, but we don’t mind occasional visits as long as everyone is respectful. We value communication and respect and want to make sure that everyone in the house feels heard and comfortable at all times.
