Hello, I have a private 1bedroom 1bathroom available for rent in the Montrose area. This is a 2bed/2bath apartment (1200 sqft) Shared kitchen and living area/balcony. Complex comes with onsite communal laundry and pool! Comes fully furnished besides your room and bathroom. 3 minute walk to downtown Montrose and 1 minute walk to Montrose park. Street parking and visitor parking is available. There isn’t street sweeping and always parking on the street.

Im a Male (30) very active, work weekends and most of the day. I have an Aussie Doodle whom is very friendly. Small dogs and cats are allowed but the landlord requires additional pet rent ($50 monthly) and deposit unless they are certified as emotional support. Deposit is $1300 without a pet and will be made to the tenant moving out. Utilities will be about $100-$150 each a month. This includes water, trash, Internet, gas, electricity. Unit has central air and heat.

There is a storage unit we can share that’s very large, it’s about 75sqft. Goes from floor to ceiling. Cheers.
