Seeking Urgently! Room available!
Hey y’all! We’re looking for a roommate in a 3bed/2 bath apartment in South Austin off of South Congress, just a 14 min drive to downtown! $760 a month. No deposit as that is already paid and it’s just be a $50 for the admin/lease transfer fee! Utilities and fees are split 3 ways between all roommates. You’d be living with our roommates, Nick 27 (he/him) and Jabari 29 (he/they). It’s a friendly home and a pretty low key place overall. Apartment is available March 1st (or a week or so later) and lease is till March 2025. Apartment is one of the older units in the complex but it’s because we have had our lease ongoing since 2015, so our price is significantly lower than other units in our complex. LGBTQ/420 friendly ! The complex is great and maintenance is always on top of it (never had to wait more than 1 business day).

- Two pools and hot tub
- Walking trail around the complex
- Pickleball Court

About the roomies
Both roommates are clean, tidy, and overall pretty quiet. We’ve created a homey living space and enjoy hanging out in the common area in the evenings after work. Respectful of each other’s space as well.
