Homestead Place

The room is in a brand-new construction home, completed in April 2022, that is located near Costco, Whole Foods, Target, Sprouts, REI, downtown SLO and Saturday morning farmers’ market. It is about 10 minutes away from Cal Poly. The home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of great walking/biking spaces. About the home: tall ceilings with lots of natural lighting, fitted with sleek window shutters, ceiling fans, A/C, quartz countertops, beautiful luxury tile vinyl flooring throughout, a landscaped backyard. The room is located on the second floor and adjacent to the shared bath (shared with the other tenant) and laundry room. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware and dishware. This is a 118 square foot furnished room. Professional house cleaning is every two weeks. It is very important the people applying for this room are very clean, neat, quiet and respectful.

I am a thirty-year-old female looking for quiet, respectful, female only tenants. I am in the medical field and would ideally also have a tenant either in a professional career (i.e. teacher, nurse, accountant, lawyer) or a Cal Poly student. There are no large raging parties, or drugs (including marijuana) allowed in the house. I am frequently out of the house either at work, scuba diving, surfing, playing frisbee, hiking, dancing, running or rock climbing. I enjoy quiet time when I am at home, but I do occasionally like to cook and have friends over. The other room in the house is rented out to a super sweet girl in her early thirties. She is currently getting her masters at Cal Poly and is quiet and studious when she is at home.
