Less than 5 minutes from I-10 freeway. East side of Banning. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished… Whatever you prefer. You have access to the kitchen, laundry, hot tub, above ground pool, children’s play area, and BBQ/smoker. Very near the park and elementary school.

We are a male/female couple 40s-50s living in the house and mid 20s son living in a separate dwelling on the property. 5 yo girl is here 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekend. We have a small pit bull puppy and an elder Australian Kelpie. We are a no BS but friendly family. We go to bed about 9:00pm and get up early (5:00 am) and are looking for someone who either works nights or can keep quiet hours during those times.
