I lived with my roomate for school and she is graduating so I am looking for someone to replace her. The apartment is furnished and the only thing you’d need to bring is your personal items and a maybe a few other minor things we’d discuss. Since I’m not moving out, there’s no security deposit that you’d have to pay. The only extra thing you’d need to pay for is the utility bill. The apartment is carpet and as of right now unfortunately there is no in unit washer and dryer, but there is an on-site washer/dryer. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The room is 13’3’’ x 10’6“. I’m looking for someone who is looking to stay at least a year or longer.
