Private room shared bath. This is for 1 person occupancy. Guest not allowed to stay over night. There is an $600 deposit along with the 1st rent $850. There are ample parking in the streets. I do require credit check and 2 referrals. No drugs or smoking. No pets allowed.

I work in Healthcare field. I have 2 boys: 12 &1 year old. They’re with me everyother week. We have a big dog. He gets along with everyone. I have a guy roommate. He lived with us for 5 years. We all get along and enjoys billiard 🎱. We are pretty much a family. We are loud, fun and easy going. Come and be part of our “watwood clan.”
