Southwest Chartwell Court

It is a duplex. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. I am a renter. My roomate had a stroke and will never be returning home. I just learned this yesterday. So, it is a nice place near Hwy 150 & Hwy 291. It is near raintree lake.

Existing roomate has a massive stroke out of the blue and a dibetic attack. 2 days I learned that he will not be coming back home as he is not long for this world. I am recently retired & sold my home of 33 years (1 mile away in Lake Winnebago). My kids are grown and gone so I scaled down & moved into a duplex with my friend who had rented there for 5 years. I had no need for a 5 bedroom home any longer. It is clean and well kept and I am a mellow guy. Little did I know he would have a stroke & a diabetic attack? It was surprising. So, suddenly, it is just me and I am looking for someone to share the rent.
