The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (1 room available & one for me). It was recently remodeled (wood floors, kitchen, bath) and was freshly painted (ooh la la!). There’s a full kitchen, a living room, garage, and there is laundry on site.

The location is super solid, it’s 1 block from the beach, 1 block to Avenida Del Mar (Downtown Main Street area with all the shops), 1 block from the library, Farmers Market every Sunday just down the street.

Assorted logistics about the apartment… It’s available to move in on March 1st. Internet, gas, and electric are not included in the monthly rent. No couples and no pets allowed. The shared spaces will be fully furnished and your room has a new bed. It’s a month-to-month lease, but I’m looking for someone longer term.

About me: I’ve just moved to San Clemente from Vancouver, Canada. I’m 24. I’m a pretty active person – I like to surf, run, dance, do all the outdoors stuff, and travel.
