Cozy and sun-drenched room with a huge closet in a beautiful Petworth row house. The room shares a bathroom with one other person in the adjacent room (also listed/available for $952 per month). This is the smallest of three rooms in the house but could fit a full or queen sized bed with a small desk or nightstand. The closet can easily fit a dresser, as shown in the picture, plus lots of room remaining for storage and to hang clothing. The room is currently being used as an office. There is a washer/dryer in unit upstairs by the rooms. The downstairs has an open floor plan with a big kitchen and modern appliances. The house also has a very cute front porch and small yard which are really lovely to sit out on in the warmer months. The neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable and the house is right around the corner from cute restaurants and a fun dive bar. The George Ave metro stop (green line) is about a 15 minute walk and the 64 bus stop that goes right into downtown is a 3 minute walk. Street parking is always available and the apartment has a parking spot available in the back as well. The lease runs through the end of June with the option to renew after.

The house is shared with two other roommates. Two rooms are currently open (they both share a bathroom) and the one largest/primary bedroom has its own bathroom and is occupied by an extremely easy going, courteous, and clean late 20s male. Open to either males or females as long as they are respectful and clean.
