South 11th Street

The room is furnished with a Queen sized bed and a dresser. The location is great, walking distance to 6th Ave. This is a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. We occupy an upstairs bedroom and the downstairs office. One bedroom is reserved as a guest room. There is a large loft space that can be used for a gym/ office space or whatever we all decide.

Joe and I are a couple in our late 30s. We are both busy professionals that work full time. I travel for work frequently and we travel together often on the weekends. We have a very sweet 12 year old dog named Ralph. We love music and comedy. We are hoping to find a responsible, clean housemate who can share space with us.
