I converted a storage area into a larger room for my son, this is his old room.

It’s not totally cleaned up yet so if you are ok with it as-is, then I’ll waive the deposit.

I have 2 cats & a dog so no more pets, sorry

I have joint custody so when they’re here, I expect your best behavior in front of my kids.

I have 2 rooms available: 1 is an enclosed back patio that isn’t connected to the central heat & air, which requires a window unit/space heater. This room has thicker carpeting & is climate controlled by a central thermostat in the hallway. When my youngest stayed there, he said he could barely hear any other noises in the other parts of the house.
