I have a private room and bath available within a 2x2 at Town Treeline Luxury Apartments. This is a new complex where some of their buildings are still in construction so the room will not be available until May. However, everything will be new, including the appliances (i.e. washer and dryer). The community has a nice gym, stunning pool, golf simulation experience, comfortable theater room and more. I would like one roommate who is very clean and understands the general rules when living with someone else (respect, privacy, belongings, etc.). This is a non-smoking and no drug use home.
I am a young professional with a hybrid job.
On my free time, I like to cook, explore restaurants and fun places, work out, and watch some TV shows/movies. I am a reasonable person who appreciates honest communication and mutual respect.
