I am currently looking for a roommate to fill the empty room in my apartment. There is a bathroom w/ shower directly adjacent that would be yours as well. Apartment is on the ground floor. Complex is located in Clearfield just east of I-15, and south of Hill Air Force Base. There is a pool, gym, pickleball courts, lounge, and mail room at the complex.
Base will be $700. Utilities will be split. Current lease ends beginning of March 2025.
Parking on the street, or in any uncovered spot is free, or you can pay a monthly fee for an assigned carport.
