About the room
3 bedroom two floor condo. You would have your own room with a closet, the bathroom is “shared” meaning if there are guests over they would use it also as its in the hallway but I have my own in the master. Literally a brand new condo.
About the roomies
Work in Tax so I am usually gone 9 to 5, 2 to 3 days a week I am at the office. Like to keep things clean and organized. College football, biking, swimming, travel, finance nerd. Pretty go with the flow. First time homebuyer so looking to supplement the mortgage with the extra space I don’t need.
