Jada's room

I have a spare room I’m hoping to have filled asap. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 half. The bathrooms are separated by a door, the full bathroom leads to my room (see photos). The room has good closet space, faces the front of the building. The building is located at the front of the complex, there’s pool/community center access and close to shopping. The condo is second floor, hard floors, screened balcony, good kitchen space. Your rent would include the utilities and WiFi. The spare room furniture I have at the moment is minimal because I’ve been very busy. I have an air mattress if you don’t have a bed yet. If you drive there is guest parking, the unit only came with 1 paid parking space.

I’m a high school teacher, and a student, I have a year old puppy named Onyx. The rent includes: WiFi, water, & the lights. I’m fine if you have a dog, just know the community has weight/breed restrictions we can discuss in person. I’m an introvert by nature, I enjoy the outdoors when I’m free or catching up on whatever shows or reading. I do attend church most Sundays but not a requirement for anyone else. Everything I currently have is minimal simply because I’ve been that busy. Having a roommate will help so much. Onyx is very friendly, loves to play, loves meeting new people, and he’s a registered service animal. He’s in classes, he’s potty trained, sleeps in my room at night, and sometimes crated when I leave. I’m acquiring more living room furniture from people I know, so you don’t need to bring anything but your own bedroom furniture. There’s good storage space as well. I love DC & Marvel, comedy, live entertainment, Star Wars, documentaries, and competition shows. While I am a quiet person because I’m busy, I don’t mind you having guests, I just ask that you and your guest be respectful of the shared space. This unit is a drug free unit, no smoking even on the balcony. An ideal roommate is someone working a steady job, loves dogs, respects personal space, willing to move in long term, at least a year.
