I have an available second floor bedroom in a shared five bedroom house. Location: 25 minutes from the Longwood Medical Area by foot, 10 minutes to the Brookline Hills T stop and similar to Brookline Village T stop. Local busses include #60. Rent is $1200/month + $25 for internet. Parking may be available for $150/month. Please specify if you need parking.

There are elaborate yet obvious house rules to ensure comfortable house sharing. I require all potential tenants to read and agree to abide by these common-sense rules. The kitchen is shared by all with two refrigerators; the second floor bathroom is shared with 2 others.

I will provide you a link to house rules upon request. You must read these rules carefully and promise to agree to them.
