Spacious room with Queen bed, closet, TV, greenspace view. Located in a mid level, quiet, clean, townhome community very close to Martha Lake and Mill Creek town center. Super quick to I-5 & 405. Ash way P&R. 7 minutes to Alderwood mall. Not sure about length of rental, will depend on many factors. Ideally maybe someone who just needs a crash pad for a few months. Then reassess.

It’s just me and my pup, Ellie. I’m a full time realtor and very active socially. Ellie loves ALL people…but not all dogs, so cannot bring another dog in to the mix. I work from home. I do a lot on line, but some days I’m on the road all day!! Would be great to find a roomie who would love to give Ellie attention when I’m not here. She’s easy to love.
