Just to explain: the rent for the room as a single is $1,583.50, the rent for it as a double is $791.75. The room is big enough to comfortable fit two people (I lived a year with my previous roommate in that room). It has a walk-in closet and bathroom. The apartment as a whole has a living room and kitchen area. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. The living room is lightly furnished with a couch, futon, coffee table, and entertainment stand. The apartment is smoke-free and other amenities such as: pool, computer office, bike-locker, and laundry are found in the complex. As well as two parking spaces per apartment, there are bus stops located right outside the complex. #826 is tucked away in the corner so it’s nice and quiet.

Current resident is one male. Keeps the place clean and quiet. Is a bit of a homebody, so is often home and doesn’t bring or have people over often. Will match level of engagement from friendly to giving you your space.
