Linnea's room

Hi! A few people in our house are studying abroad in summer/fall and we have a double available for a 6-month sublease from July 1 to December 31, 2024. The house is a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, with a cute backyard with a hammock. Two of the original housemates will be staying here during the six month lease. The room is in a furnished townhouse about a 5-minute walk from the base of campus and 1 minute from 7/11. The house was just redone last year so everything is super nice and the neighborhood is super safe and right next to a cute duck pond and park. There is in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, a 2 car garage and street parking, a tv, and a fireplace. The double is the primary (master) bedroom. It has an on-suite bathroom with a separate room for the shower/toilet and a big walk in closet. This room has very tall ceilings and is very spacious for two people. Utilities not included, but tend to be under $100.

We are a group of UCSC students looking for two six month subleasers to fill a room from July to December. There is another double within the house looking for two additional subleasers that is available on another listing.
