August's room

I’m renting apartment’s master room with private bathroom. The zone is well balanced with a lot of surrounding services, school area, and downtown. The property have its own parking lot, laundry room and swimming pool for the summer. The room has a size of 12feet 5in x 11feet 1in.

Basically, if you decide to come over you’ll be welcome. We are a family of one mother, one son, and two cats. We love to be organized and clean, so the apartment is always neat. We work a lot, so we are always busy out of home. Overall, we are looking for a decent person to share rent with and be nice to each other.
