Nice clean house and has to be okay with chow chow being inside house. My dog is trained and friendly she also hardly barks. One bedroom available and there is parking outside. Does not come furnished. There is an extra bedroom that has weights and mats so a small gym but you are welcome to use. I am the only one that lives here but my girlfriend occasionally stays the night. Rent includes utilities. Neighborhood is safe and there is a park a few blocks away. We are close to the 101. There is so many popular shopping stores nearby as well. Luke Air Force Base is fairly close for those in the military. The house has a washing machine and dryer, welcome to use as well! 😊
