Hi there Female here looking for either male or female roommate… no preference as long as youre not a weirdo… I’m pretty easy going. Lgbtq friendly!! Im nice!! I love Jesus but not religious. 420 friendly i could keep it on the downlow if you dont do it. My dad visits once every few months for a weekend ( he mows and stuff ).. i just ask you dont do 420 in the house when hes here hahaha hes a conservative old guy. I just rather keep it a secret from him. Utilities and internet included in the rent. I have a small bedroom for rent with 3 windows! Nice lighting. Recently carpet cleaned. With a small closet. Portable ac unit included in the room, stays with the room. We would share a bathroom. Ill get that all cleaned up for you and give you drawers and all that. Ill put my personal stuff away. I have a large yard with lots of trees… you’re welcome to enjoy. Shared living room and nice dining room/cute kitchen. You’re welcome to the utilities. Must be ok with my cat. He’s a good boy. The oven is broken, stove only. I’ll probably get another eventually. The room is currently being used for storage but I’ll empty all that out before you move In. I’m kinda a homebody. I usually work from home in the den. I spend my nights In the living room watching Netflix. Which if you ever get bored you can watch with me or I have board games I never get to play cuz they are all two player and I’m usually by myself. :/ I sleep a lot and keep to myself.

It’s just me and my cat Frankie. I work from home. Needing some financial cushion..things are difficult with just me. I’m nice. I’m easy going. I keep to myself. I’d prefer you be animal free because Frankie gets stressed with new animals..so I’d like to keep him the only animal in the house.
