Beach Home Silverstrand Beach Minutes walk to the Harbor and Beach Single occupancy no pets Private 2 -room studio with Private entry and kitchenette with mini frig, counter, sink, microwave , air fryer, small convection oven and toaster, and cupboards with 1/2 bath in front room. There is an adjoining room for bedroom area large enough for queen sized bed and some furniture. No smoking/drugs. Only area that is shared is shower in my area and washer dryer in garage. I can provide a little storage area in rafters in garage. Photos unfortunately have my current tenants furniture and bedroom area has my massage room furniture. I will update photos when furniture is removed.
I am the only person living here with a very clean, obedient, friendly dog. I work as a part-time massage therapist and I am also a casual longshorewoman. I am quiet and live in a very quiet beach community.
