Smaller walk in closet in small bedroom. Two additional closets for storage. Washer & dryer is included in the unit. Water is included in the rent. Gas & electric is paid separately from rent. At a set rate the Gas & electric will be du every month & isn’t to exceed a specific amount. Gas & Electric bill are one. Trash shoot in building. There is Central/ forced air & Heat. Seven minute bus ride to both Orange line Metro rail stations, Deanwood and Minnesota. Metro Bus stop is one minute walk from Building. There is a Gas station, Convenient store & a Chinese Take out spot across the road. There is security in The building. The building is keyed entry. I’m willing to rent each room separately but prefer to rent both rooms as a whole but willing to do it separately.
