Room for rent in a house for one individual in Oceanside CA 92057 available March 1st
Hello, I and my roommates are looking for a 4th roommate (preferably another female) there are currently 2 males and 1 female (me) in the home. This is a downstairs room in our house. We are looking for 1 individual to take the room starting March 1st and hopefully stay for at least a year. The security deposit is $1200 (if needed we can take this in payments) the rent is 1200 and this includes the utilities.
Landlord does not allow pets.

About the roomies
2 males are in the navy and are majority at work. Once they are home they are mainly to themselves but are friendly!
When I am home I usually am in my room, or watching movies. We are all pretty friendly but are also kind of to ourselves as well.
