The condo is in a very nice part of Vista. Quiet area, around a lot of restaurants, and is easy access to the 76 freeway.
The room is medium sized, with nice storage space, and includes a garage parking spot. The condo also includes a beautiful open kitchen, big living room with fireplace, a huge balcony, in unit washer and dryer, and a shared medium sized bathroom.
tenants also have access to the community pool and hot tub.
Currently there are two tenants living here. One of them being a Youtuber who works from home and another who works catering full time.
The tenants are very respectful, clean, quiet when they need to be but love to talk. We try to make the home environment as comfortable as possible. We are a gay household so any LGBTQ+ roommates + allies are welcome.
