The available room does happen to be the MASTER bedroom up on the main floor with access to the side balcony and private bath, including separate tub and shower. Located in North Redondo, this house provides easy access to the entire SouthBay and isn’t much more than 5 or 10 minutes from both Hermosa or Manhattan.
Currently occupied by myself and another guy, working professionals in our late-20s/early 30s. We’re looking for someone who is also likeminded, stable income, social person that is down to hang out. Also looking for someone that is clean and organized, doesn’t typically bring the party home (although we welcome friends, happy hours, guests, etc).
