Sister & Brother duo own the property and live in the master bedroom room and 2nd bedroom. We spend most of our days working around the clock, but weekends we spend with our cats. Looking for a 3rd person to rent our 3rd bedroom! Very very clean, no clutter. Short term lease allowed.
