It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. (1350 square feet) Private back yard. Close to I-75 and of course 15 minutes to the beaches. The room is 13.5 ft x 11.5 ft. It will easily fits a Queen size bed and a good size closet. Full size bathroom and has a full shower and tub. Plenty of storage in the bathroom. Tenant are welcome in all common areas of the house.

RENT INCLUDES! water, electricity, internet, garbage, sewer and lawn maintenance. Also every 6 weeks a cleaning service comes! Washer and dryer is located in the garage.

MUST! be neat and clean and pick up after one’s self. Must be respectful and considerate of others. Must be employed or in school and have proof that you can pay rent. Are you ready to have a safe and comfortable place to live and call home?

NO! smoking cigarettes, cannabis (even if it is medically prescribed) or vaping. No overnight guest. Because that would really just be awkward.

Hello and my name is Mark, I’m 61 years old and have lived in Sarasota for 50 years. I work full time in retail management and I work 40 hours a week. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, other than that I stay pretty close to home. I keep to myself most of the time but always welcome company and great conversations. I am very respectful and will be looking for the same. I don’t drink or smoke. I’m ok if you have alcohol in the house but the smoking thing is nonnegotiable.
