Bri's room

Hi there! My name is Bri. I’m currently renting a house in the Westwood neighborhood (on the edge of Denver/Lakewood) with three other roommates. One of our roommates needs to move out, and we are looking for a new person to replace him starting end of February (with possible early move-in).

Our house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bathroom is shared by two roommates. We have a big kitchen and living area, a TV, and a dining table that seats eight.

PETS: There are two Boston terriers in the household. Ideally we would not be adding any more dogs to the mix, and unfortunately our landlords are completely against cats. Caged, quiet animals should be fine!

RENT/UTILITIES Rent is $675/month, which includes some of the utilities. The rest of the utilities varies from month to month depending on our energy usage but will total a maximum of $100. Deposit is $650.

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking house (and that includes cannabis).

CREDIT/BACKGROUND: Our landlords will do a background and credit check on any potential renter. If your credit score is below 650 then you will probably not pass their test.

FURNITURE: Note that the pictures are from before we moved in; everything in the shared living area is furnished now. The room itself is not furnished but the previous roommate does have a twin bed he wants to sell if you are interested.

We are working professionals in our late twenties/early thirties. We’re all very chill and laid back people who really value cleanliness and communication.

One of us works from home; the rest mostly work out of the house.

Some interests among us include movies, crocheting, cooking, gaming, fantasy novels, and filmmaking! :)

We are looking for someone in our age group; gender is less important to us than personal compatibility. But if you want to know, all of us remaining in the household are women, and some of are LGBT.
