Highway 501 East

Lease is ASAP til July 31st. I am a college graduate trying to relocate for a job! Feb rent paid in full! It’s a 4 bed 4.5 bath house at $745 + utilities per month (includes electric, water, sewer, trash, cable, & internet. Amenities: pool, computer/printing center, tanning beds, and gym). I’m in unit D, which shares balcony access with one other room. The unit is fully furnished (full mattress and bed frame, night stand, dresser, desk and chair! ) has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have their own lock on the doors that only your key fob will be able to open! This is a gated community with dozens of detached houses for rent. There is more than enough parking and my overnight guests have never had an issue finding a spot either!

This is technically off-campus student housing for Costal Carolina University, however leasing office has said that they will accept anyone, including non-students. I personally was a student at Utah State University and a graduate while living here. Truly amazing leasing office and maintenance staff! If I put in a maintenance request, it’ll be fixed within a business day and they have even come to double check that the issue has not occurred again!

Located in Conway, SC. There is a very cute downtown area that goes all out for every holiday with some of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. 1.5 hour from Wilmington, NC and 25 minutes from Myrtle Beach, SC. On the same block (walking distance) is a car wash/detailing place and an ALDI. a 5 minute drive to a Walmart across the street.

Three female roommates live here, so looking for female only. All in their own private rooms with an ensuite bathroom. They are all very clean, kind, and considerate of each other. Two 21 year-old’s from Ohio and Massachusetts one 19 year-old from Conway, SC! The balcony shares access with the girl from Conway. She’s very nice and has decorated the balcony with fairy lights! All three girls attend Costal Carolina University for various degrees. The two 21 year-olds own cats. So we are at our pet limit. Unfortunately no more pets allowed.
