Charming room with wood shutters in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Ample storage space available. The house boasts a play pool, cathedral ceilings, citrus trees, a herb garden, garage, laundry room and additional amenities. Room is unfurnished but can furnished if needed.

I work as an event designer and dance instructor while also being a single mom to my five-year-old daughter and seven year old Shihtzu dog. Non smoker.
