I have an amazing large 4 bedroom house with a killer backyard an amazing view over Coyote Pond that stretches all the way out to the Sutter Buttes. Fire pit, outdoor grill, small citrus grove. Sunsets every night of the year. The room available for rent (can be furnished or unfurnished) shares this amazing view and is located on a completely private floor with it’s own loft space for relaxing (TV etc). A second bedroom on that floor is also available for rent if the situation warrants it.

I am a single 39 year old woman who runs National Sales for a winery. Former collegiate athlete, avid chef and music enthusiast. It’s just me and my two cats Max and Ozzy in this brand new build. Looking for someone (ideally a woman) who is fun, smart and responsible to help me share this great space!
