I am looking for a responsible roommate. Room for rent (month to month) with shared bathroom for individual use in Spring Valley.

Gas, electric, and WiFi are split in 2.

The apartment is right off Highway 94, so tenant should be comfortable with highway noise. Parking is assigned. There is a park nearby that is walking distance from the apartment. The neighbors, including me, are quiet and mind their own business. There is a laundry mat in the complex. 5 minutes from grocery stores, one block from a bus stop, 1.2 miles from Spring Street Trolley Station, 10 minutes from downtown San Diego, and easy freeway access.

Ideally, I am looking for a tenant who is clean, responsible, respectful and calm.

Requirements: • Must have current full-time employment and be able to pass a background check. Must be LGBTQ+ and dog friendly (I have a cute and friendly Havanese).

Rules: No pets, single occupant only and no overnight guests.

Bedroom: The bedrooms are next to each other. Quiet Hours which are from 11:00 PM to 6:30am during the weekday. Use common courtesy when playing music and watching television.

Floors: The living room and bedroom have carpet floors.

Price: Rent - $1,000 monthly. Includes gas, electricity, and internet. Deposit is $300 and can be made in 2 payments.
