Hello! My name is Kel. I currently rent out a 4 bedroom/2 bath property. My lease is due to end in April but I would like to extend it for another year so looking for someone to move in. Currently, there are two bedrooms available as the 3rd is used for an office/storage space. You will have access to the entire house. House has washer/dryer, full sized kitchen, two bathrooms, front porch/back deck, and a fenced in side yard. Plenty of storage in the house as well as a shed/basement. There is street parking or a space available out back you can park. Utilities and wifi are not included in the monthly rent. WiFi is Google Fiber. Please message me for more details on pricing. My landlord will require an application and background check as well as proof of stable income. The property is located 10 minutes from downtown KC, close to Berkeley Riverfront and the Kansas City Museum. Several grocery stores located within a 10-minute radius as well as a park within walking distance. Hi there friend! My name is Kel. I’m 26 years old and very easy going. I’m busy a lot so you will rarely see me/hear from me as when I am home I tend to stay in my room.
