Tremaine's room

This is a furnished room for sublease located on the third floor of a walk-up apartment that contains a bed, refrigerator, closet, and two side tables. The roommate will share a bathroom with me, and the kitchen with 3 additional tenants. The kitchen is on the third floor. All utilities are included excepting WiFi. This is for short-term rental only (approx 5 months) and I’d prefer someone who doesn’t smoke nor drink.

I have a full-time job and so does everyone else. Currently, there’s one lady on the second floor and only me on the third floor. We are all quiet and we extend respect to everyone.
