Hello I have a master room for rent in Concord CA. It is available Feb 1st. A $600 security deposit is required along with 1st months rent upon move in day (if you move in after Feb 1st. 1st month rent will be calculated from your move in date until the end of the month of February). Utilities are not included but average around $200. I am open too all professionals and students couples are welcome as well. Living spaces are shared. 10 minute walk to Concord BART. 5 min drive to downtown Concord. Great area.

I am a 29 year old male who is a professional and works in the fire service. I am big drama free individual and big on respect. I have two dogs who stay in the home as of now but may be moving soon. So being comfortable living with dogs is something you will need to consider. Due to my work schedule I am away from the residence majority of the week so you may not see me often.
