Spacious with private bathroom, in-unit washer-dryer, and modern kitchen appliances. The apartment company hosts lots of events and giveaways, and the staff are friendly. There’s lots of amenities like a gym, hot tub, dog park, etc. The area isn’t walking distance to UNH but there is a bus service. There’s also a re-let fee of $300. But I also can’t bring a lot of stuff (cleaning supplies, kitchen stuff, school stuff, etc.) with me when I move out, so whoever can take what they please.

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease after I graduate (second half of May, June, July). There’s four other girls, so another girl would be ideal. They’re all pretty clean and friendly. They’re all morning people so they like to cook and hang out in the living room in the evening/night time.
