You’ll have access to a bedroom on the top floor of a three story house with a walk-in closet. Access to a fully furnished house with parking in front of the property. Within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. There is an adorable aussie living here too, so must be comfortable with dogs. There is a shared workspace on the middle floor that you are welcome to should you need more room, but it does not have its own door for privacy.

The gentleman, Steven, in the room next door is an engineer with a hybrid schedule and commutes to Denver half the week. The couple that resides in the bottom floor of the house keeps to themselves often. Gracee is starting medical school in the fall (currently doing her master’s) and Cade works a retail job and comes and goes as needed for work and to take care of their dog.
