Kerrydale Road

Renting one room in my house that is on the second floor. The room is large enough to fit a king size bed, two dressers, two night stands and still has plenty of space. There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the house. It has a fenced in yard and patio. Parking is free. Close to shopping and bus route. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The room can be furnished if needed. Non smokers only. I am allergic to all types of smoke and shellfish, so neither can be in the house. I’m a Christian who’s a God lover and a dog lover. I enjoy finding new healthy recipes to try, watching various genres of movies and listening to music.
