A's room

Hi!! Our roommate is trying to leave our lease, and we’ve run out of leads on a replacement so I thought I’d check here. The leasing office requires a 650+ credit score and recent paystubs (or a welcome letter from an employer). This place is gated, clean, and quiet, has great maintenance, and is in a very convenient spot!

$700 includes water, sewer, and trash; the remaining bills are typically an extra $60 each. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, pool, tennis court, & open parking with opportunity to rent a garage and storage unit as well. It is a no smoking community, and we can only really accommodate one person. The complex only allows 2 pets per apartment, and we already have 2 cats, but one is an ESA so we may be able to work with it if you have a cat you must bring. We don’t feel comfortable having dogs around the cats unfortunately :(

I don’t have a picture of the bedroom since it’s still occupied, but I added a photo of the layout. The room is carpeted, and you’d be sharing a bathroom. We like to keep the common area clean, and value open communication; especially regarding boundaries. I’m honestly not sure what the current roommate plans on doing with the furniture yet. Room opens up as early as April, and the lease ends in January 2025 with the option to renew. We need someone who can commit to the full term!

3 people live here (transmasc and a lesbian couple, so another queer person would be extremely preferred, but anyone is welcome!!). We’re in our early 20s and work full time. We all get along really well, so we’d love to move in with someone we could also become friends with :)
