Single floor, 3 bedroom house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I have a 10x12 room with closet & hard wood floors. There is another 11x12 room for rent as well and can give a deal for both! You’d have your own bathroom as well.

Single 33 year old female who’s extremely quiet and keeps to herself. Very easy to live with and clean. I have 1 dog (German-Australian shepherd & husky mix) he gets along very well with other dogs and cats.

I do own a photography business and have a studio in the front portion of the house (1st living room and formal dining room). I would give ample notice when I have scheduled sessions but you can still leave and enter the house as needed.
