URGENTLY LOOKING! Room Available Now! Girls only I’m looking for a someone go fill my room in a townhouse in NSL! You would have 3 super cool and clean roomates. There’s also a friendly wiener dog living at the house. Other pets are allowed if they are a registered ESA. :) It’s a 3 story townhouse with 4 beds and 3.5 baths. There is Garage Parking, Driveway Parking, Guest Parking, and Street Parking! Washer dryer, big kicthen and living room! We’re all really open minded and welcoming 😊 The rent is $740 plus utilities (~$50). You’d get your own room and share a bathroom with a super sweet and clean girl. The room easily fits a queen sized bed and has a decently sized walk-in closet. Location: The location is great! There’s a bus stop right infront with quick access to trax! only about 15 mins to downtown. 3 mins to Smiths and Walgreens, 10 mins to Walmart and Target, and 1 min to the Freeway!
