Classen Boulevard

Student Living, I am graduating and want someone to take over my lease around April but if you need to move in before we can arrange something. Lease ends at the end of July. Everything is included except for electric bill which differs but is usually around $30. You share a bathroom with one more person and the kitchen and living room with the other three. OVerall very chill nice place 5 min away from campus.

3 other guys live here, they do not really speak at all. It is very quiet and no ones really home. If they are they are just locked in their rooms.
