Updated shared 2 bedroom apartment right next to the Paseo village in McCormick Ranch. 10mins from old town, 15mins from the Scottsdale Quarter, located about 5mins from the 101 freeway. Very quiet community. You will have your own room and bathroom as well as a walk in closet.

I will not be there as I am looking to move in with my s/o whose lease will start on April 15th so I am looking for someone to take over my current lease which will run until July 15th, but the other roommate mentioned he is willing to extend for up to another year. There will be one other roommate, he is a very easy going individual, clean, very nice, and also respectful of personal space.
