William's room

The room is located in the heart of Central Oak Park of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Walking distance from the restored part of Broadway with a few restaurants and bars nearby.

The room is a moderate size bedroom is unfurnished. The rest of the house has everything you need in the kitchen and living room. There are two bathrooms with your bathroom also serving as the guest bathroom. The best part about the house is the large backyard and outdoor patio.

I’m (35, gay man) the only other person in the house. I work from home, but am pretty active outside of the home in the evenings with recreational sports, hanging out with my sister, and going out with friends.

When I’m home, I tend to treat it as my oasis and a place to relax. I’ve taken to cooking more and more recently and would happily share some meals.

I’ve also enjoyed entertaining more recently and will have a friend or two over for dinner one or two nights a week. Once every month or two, I’ll have a larger group of friends over but would let you know beforehand and would expect the same in return.

I’m single and don’t have a lot of overnight guests. I don’t mind if you’re in a relationship, but would prefer that your significant other only sleep over one or two nights a week maximum.
