Fully furnished with top of line and very comfortable bed, linens, and towels. Kitchen is fully serviceable - has all to cook with- Open layout so living room has dining room table in it that sits up to six people. There’s a desk & color WiFi printer in living room nook as well. All utilities are included which includes high speed WiFi internet & electricity. There’s a mini gym on lower level that’s available 24/7. Rooftop that’s boasts a 360 degree view is also accessible 24/7. View of Nelson-Atkins Museum lawn with worlds largest shuttle cock on it viewable from living room & kitchen windows. Almost a half mile/10 min walk to the Country Club Plaza or Whole Foods. Rent has been discounted due to elevators being out. On site parking space is available for additional $80 monthly or parking on street is available at no charge.
