My roommate is moving in with his SO, and thus his Quiet room is available in 4th FL walk-up with a PRIVATE bathroom. Living room is spacious and bright. Great location on East 93rd St. One minute walk to Q, W trains and 5 minute walk to 4,5,6 trains. Amazing restaurants and bars all walking distance!

Bed frame (Queen size - no mattress), nightstand and rug are available. Will be donated if you don’t need them

About me: Male / 30’s. Working in film production. Between work, gym and socializing I am mostly out of the apartment, especially during Summer. Would be great to find someone to hang with occasionally, but I also value independence and privacy. I love film, live music, food+beverage, museums, etc!
