Walking distance to Downtown Panama City and the bay. House is very clean, It’s a hippie vibe.

I am currently the only person living here and I don’t want to leave it vacant when I go out of town. I don’t smoke but if you have a medical card it’s totally fine. Just no smokinging in the common areas smoking in your room or outside is fine. Vapes would be ok as well. I do have another empty room but that’s for friends coming out of town to sleep in. Not currently looking for super long term but 6 months to a year would be great. I do have musician friends so we may play sometimes but not into the late hours. The room is large enough to have its own little living area. I am currently moving what’s in there out so it will be a few of weeks before it’s ready. I am an actress and work a day job but still am at the house Quite a bit working in the yard.
